Draft a plan (it doesn’t matter if it’s on pen and paper, an excel spreadsheet, or on a sophisticated project management software), just do it and stick to it. It definitely pays off to work with a plan.
- Hire professionals that can help your business grow: As business owners, we tend to do all the things. There are many professionals out there that are perfectly skilled to help in tasks that you might not know how to do or don’t have the time to do. This is when hiring a specialist might come in handy. Focusing on things we can handle and passing along other tasks are perfect to keep the ball rolling.
